Tenants share the living room(s), kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms with the other tenants in the same living unit as their bedroom. The indoor common areas of the two living units are separate. Water and electricity are included. One parking space is available per tenant. Both living units have access to the shared outdoor swimming pool. CLEANING Professional cleaning is provided twice a month for the shared living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Private bedrooms are not included. Washing dishes is not included. Each tenant must wash their own dishes and clean up after themselves. POOL The pool is shared by tenants from both living units.
