Pets are welcomed and the apartment is a 2 minute walk to Westover park and the W&OD walking trails. Just down Washington Blvd. are lots of great shops and restaurants. The East Falls Church metro stop is easily accessible by bus or a 1 mile walk on the trails. The landlord is very responsive and communicative and maintenance lives in the building. Laundry is free for washing, but requires quarters for dryer. Owner takes care trash and water.
