No smoking inside, friendly gatherings and noise is acceptable as long as it doesn't interfere with sleeping hours or neighbors. Owner is responsible of keeping common areas clean from normal dust buildup, but the rent must clean after thyself if a mess was created. Utilities and WiFi is included in the rent. The room is furnished, but you can provide your own furniture if preferred. This is a month to month lease meaning you don't have to pay penalties or lose your deposit if you prefer to leave at any time. You will lose the deposit if you fall behind on rent, or destroy something in the house. I will not go into your room unless there is smoke or an awful scent coming from there and you don't respond to any form of communication. Hygiene is important, the house must look clean and smell clean.
