The old double hung, leaky windows have been replaced with energy efficient double pane, vinyl windows. Heating is provided by an 85% efficiency gas furnace and a new gas water heater. The kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, dish washer and ample cabinets for storage. In the downstairs laundry a washer and dryer are provided. The single bathroom on the main floor has a vanity, toilet and combined tub/shower. Off street parking is available on a paved driveway. The tenant pays for gas, electricity and water. Snow removal is the tenant's responsibility. The landlord mows and provides once weekly garbage pickup. There is a garage on the property however it is not included and is not available.
