I prefer to rent monthly, from 1-3 months. We are beachfront with a heated pool, multiple other pools, two hot tubs, onsite security 24/7, and a workout room. I have three units available! Please inquire. All utilities are covered in rent. This unit is fully furnished and intended for 1-3 month rentals in the winter. This is a vacation condominium. $250 of deposit will be held upon departure for cleaning. $500 will be returned if unit is kept in good condition.
