The attic floor provides no sound barrier to the lower level living area. Some individuals are naturally quiet, some are not. This unit is only for a quiet individual. No chairs on rollers. No hard soled shoes in a rush. No stereo, TV, etc., louder than conversation level. All information in this notice is subject to change.
