Hi! I'm Renato, a UVA student looking for someone to sublease part of my apartment near campus. The available space is the living room, which is spacious enough to set up as a bedroom. We'd share the kitchen and bathroom. Rent is $700/month, with all utilities and Wi-Fi included. The apartment has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. There's also laundry on-site. 8-minute walk to The Corner 12-minute walk to the Rotunda I'm looking for another student who is quiet, clean, and organized. No pets and no smoking. Feel free to message me if you're interested or would like to come check it out!
