The facts of the situation are this: Due to the Board members Of The Oceanic Condo Complex at 1110 Wesley Ave in Ocean City NJ, along with the management company PMC, are infested with liars, thieves, extortionists and scum like that. We are force to sell this unit because we don t want to subject our guests and visitors to such evil lying scum nor do we want to associate with or do business with these types of sleaze bags. I would specifically mention names, but there are a group of thieving self-serving scum that have grab a power base in extorting all the other unit owners in the building. They have commingled funds, exceeded their legal authority, lied, and embezzled monies from us, and other unwitting victims. I feel this may be a pattern with Condos Managed by PMC, because they were very instrumental in the lies and coverup of the extortion scheme, as well as the cover up of theft and comingling of Common area funds for personal unit repairs of board members. If I were in Law enforcement, or the County or local prosecutor, I would do a serious investigation into the theft and real estate scheme we allege these people are involved with. So, thank God we got out before they tried to steal any more from us. Like the Good Lord says, Vengeance is Mine and what goes around comes around. I would avoid doing business with these lying scum and never buy a unit in this complex, or any complex managed by PMC. because they will steal from you for their personal gains again I am sure.
