We are in the process of doing a permitted conversion of the sunroom into a bedroom (15' x 15') and a Master Suite with walkin closet and master bath (15' x 28'). Along with new low-E, dual pane windows throughout the home. This will bring the house up to a 5 bedroom 3 bath property. Once that is finished a remodel of the 2 existing baths and the kitchen will follow, with Granite countertops and Italian porcelain tiles on the floor and backsplash areas. Being in the construction industry, I will probably only add $65k to my "make me move" price once these projects are done, as I will be doing the majority of the work. My estimated time frame to be done with the Sunroom conversion is NOV '09, and the kitchen and bath remodels by OCT '10.
