One other tiny house sits on property, but will most likely be moved out of state by the end of the year. This house only on solar, completely off grid, so no water or electric bills. Back up generator included for your use when needed. The only utility is the holding tank, which is 146 per month and would be renters responsibility. Lots of room for parking. I would kindly ask that you not drive up here unless weve made an appointment. I live on a private road and once you get up to my house its a dead end. So if youre that person that needs to keep a perfect car, this rental isnt for you, since you'll be driving a dirt road for a mile to get here over potholes. Just want to be as transparent as possible. The view up here is breathtaking and of course private. Must love bunnies and squirrels, lots of them . Of course since were in the mountains, lots of wild life.
