Great brick home centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner has done a lot of updates so far to this home. The roof was replaced in 2006 with shingles warranted for 25 years. In 2007 a new large walk-in shower was replaced in the master bathroom and just this year (2013) new toilets were put in both bathrooms. In May of 2012, the whole kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets, new countertops, new sink and faucet, all new appliances except for a fairly new dishwasher purchased earlier and the cabinets have special recessed lighting underneath.
