The driveway can fit one more vehicle without blocking the garage entry/exit. Two more can easily fit in the drive for visitors, 3 total. AC unit was replaced around four years ago. The basement is partially finished and has minimal chance of water with proper drainage in place. Small workshop and bar setup in basement.
