Looking for an on-site Resident Manager to serve our 55 unit complex currently under construction. It is in the desirable downtown Nashville neighborhood of Wedgewood Houston walking distance to Live Nation HQ, Soho House, Restaurants, and more. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests within a 24-hour time period, unit turnover, and upkeep of the 55-unit studio apartment community. This is a part-time position in exchange for a discount in rent. Prospects must have some plumbing, electrical and/or appliance experience. Rent and contract are negotiable.
