The entrances require a fob key. There is a wall mounted TV with a firestick and WiFi. The bathroom has a filtered shower and an electronic bidet. Their is a pool with a jacuzzi and a fitness center with both a sauna and a steam room. I do not live on site but you can call me or text me when you need assistance. You will get the deposit back once the walk checkout/ walk through has been completed. No smoking in the unit. If the unit smells like cigarette smoke, then I will keep the deposit. Any pet damage to the unit will be deducted from the deposit. You can stay a minimum of 6 months. We can do monthly rental after that.
