The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed for guests with ensuite bath. The office has glass doors for a quiet work environment. Entertaining is effortless with the oversized kitchen island and ample seating for family and friends. Floor to ceiling doors open to the lanai with stunning views of downtown. Kitchen is fully stocked. Laundry room has state of the art washer and dryer, sink, folding counter and clothes hanging area. Closet stocked with beach towels and sunscreen. Enjoy the southern exposure !! Minimum two months. Unit is rented from February to May 2026. One secured parking spot is included with additional spots in unsecured area next to building available. No smoking! Dogs allowed only with additional $500 deposit. No cats as we are highly allergic. You will be responsible for watering a few outside plants on the balcony weekly.
