The duplex has a sterling location walking distance to the beach and one block off Pier Ave which is just far enough for a quiet setting but walking distance to all the restaurants and amenities of downtown Hermosa Beach. The room and closet is HUGE especially compared to other beach rentals. There is a huge 4 car garage to share with tons of storage and private off street parking and guest parking. A free laundry room is shared. Nothing has been remodeled and is somewhat old but the size of the house and all the amenities makes up for the aged countertops etc. I am an easy going and responsible landlord as long as the noise rules are adhered to.
