Hi All, We have a vacancy for a lady roommate at our 1 bedroom apartment at Tempe Villas(1111 East University Drive, besides Quadrangles Village). We are located near ASU and at a convenient travel spot to use public transport to reach Chandler / Scottsdale / Phoenix work areas. Costs: The rent comes to around 206.66$ including Rent + Internet. Electricity bill average comes around 15 $ or less depending upon the season.Utilities: The apartment has basic utilities (electric Cooker + Microwave + Mixer) and also Washer + Drier. We have a common Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool, Pool table near Club House. We also have a reserved Parking spot for a car. Current roommates & preference: We are both Mumbaites from India pursuing Masters in Computer Science. We prefer someone who wouldn't smoke & Drink @home. We also prefer someone who is currently a student or working.Near by: This apartment has a bus stop right at its entrance (Valley Metro + Flash(free)). It is at 5 mins walking distance from University Rural Light Rail Stop (Bus stop :Orbit (free)+ Valley Metro + Flash(free) ; Valley Metro Light Rail ). ASU is 10 mins walking distance from here and grocery store Food City' at 15 mins walking distance.
