Bright and beautiful room with wood floors and a large walk-in closet, as well as views of fields and trees, close to GSRMC hospital, shopping, and dining. Custom Guard blackout shades for when you need to sleep. Shared bath with one other roommate. All bedding, linens, and towels included. Clean, quiet, home that's warm and inviting, and has lots of room in the kitchen. Just a couple of cooking restrictions: 1) Since I entertain gluten free guests, I ask that you don't do any baking or cooking with flour containing gluten. All other ingredients and all premade items are fine. Limiting the use of flour just makes cleanup easier. And any other cooking with gluten containing ingredients is fine. 2) No air fryers. Sorry, but they make the house smell like a truck stop. I am clean and considerate, and am happy to share an occasional cup of coffee or glass of wine and provide tips on places to go in Corvallis or Oregon. I'll respect your privacy as well if you're someone who likes to keep to themself. Preferably 3 months or longer, but the lease can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. I don't want anyone to stay if they're unhappy and vice versa.
