All the common areas and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned twice a month, the office supplies and printer are regularly restocked, and we also take care of all landscaping. The co-op is just a couple blocks away, and there's a bus stop within less than a block. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit.
