The dedicated, secure parking spot is fantastic. It is so convenient. The 4th floor terrace dog walk is awesome! You can walk your dog in a secure area without going to the street!! The location is superb and more and more amenities pop up every year. The building staff is professional, competent and helpful. Huge terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. Perfect layout with tons of storage. Tenant covers cable/data/internet/tv/phone, gas + electric (both small bills), your insurances
