Our lots rent for $400 a month, this will include, garbage, mowing, water and sewer. Your home should be no more than 10 to 15 years old and we must see it before accepting it, you can send pictures if you like. Small inside dogs or cats, must be under 25 pounds are acceptable, you may see some larger dogs outside, we have changed the rules and they are grandfathered in. NO MORE LARGE ANIMALS. This ad is for lot rental only, Zillow does not offer that selection when entering your rental property. WE DO NOT HAVE AN ONSITE MANAGER THEREFORE WE DO NOT SHOW THE PROPERTY UNTIL AN APPLICATION AND BACKGROUND CHECK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. There will be no loud music permitted in the community. It is Tenant's responsibility to keep his or her lawn neat and free of debris at all times. Should management have to pick up papers, garbage and/or other refuse from Tenant's yard, management reserves the right to assess tenant a fee for the clean-up.
