Never lived in 3 bed 2 bath mobile home in very quite mobile home park, you pay electric and park takes care of water, sewer and garbage. PLEASE READ THIS Background check is done through Zillow an anyone over the age of 18 will need to apply also. We do not show until background is completed and cleared. Please fill out the application and we will be happy to show it to you. I work a full time job away from the park so please no phone calls before 5 pm or after 7:30 pm as I cannot talk about this during work, and I have things at home todo. Please leave a message thru Zillow and I will respond as soon as I can, usually in the evening. Inside pets are acceptable, small dogs or cats only, $500.00 pet deposit per non refundable, max 2 pets. 3 cars per unit, extra parking is available. No large or loud gatherings, this is a park that is family oriented and we have shift workers that sleep days. Refrigerators are provided but will not be replaced. We provide water, sewer and dumpster for you garbage. And we are not set up to receive Section 8.
