Hello! I own a home in the Riverwood Trails housing area of Florissant, MO right off Howdershell, North of the I-270. The house has excellent access to the I-270, the I-70, Lindbergh and the 370 and is in a beautiful area right next to two large parks. I also realize that not everyone is able to send information without paying for this service, so if you are interested in talking about getting one of the rooms I have available, please send me an email or request an application. There are two rooms available on the main level, one hardwood floor, and the other carpet. There is a security deposit of $350 required as part of the month-to-month rental contract. Currently, none of the other rooms are occupied, but there is a planned occupancy in the basement starting in October 2019. This house will be filled with people primarily in their 20s, and while there is a light noise restriction, it is not ideal for older adults who are looking for a guaranteed quiet time.
