The windows of your attached studio face the rest of the quiet backyard that's shared with the main house. The spacious (over 500 square feet) studio features a timeless mid-century bed and original artist prints paired together to create a comfortable escape. Extra sound-proofing material has been installed in between the shared walls to ensure privacy and peace. The glamorous vanity lights and mirror are original to this 1960's home and are a relaxing spot to get ready for the day. The kitchenette is newly-renovated with an induction burner, cook-ware, toaster/airfryer, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The 1970's swag lamp hangs in the corner next to a curated gallery wall. The TV is big enough to see from the spacious table. The shared laundry room is on the other side of the home with another entrance and a hamper is provided. The central AC is shared, but a window-unit is provided. During the winter, we turn on the central heat to a comfortable 70 degrees. We're also very flexible on the temperature if you prefer the central AC. Free street parking is available for a total of 2 cars and in the next couple months, covered parking and drive way parking will be available. Feel free to garden anywhere in the backyard or we can help you make your own prints on our Risograph in the main house. The Lease is month to month with a minimum of one month stay or 30 days. 30 days notice before moving out is necessary. No smoking in the unit, but outdoors is okay. Pet deposit is non-refundable with a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. All utilities such as internet, power, gas, water and trash services are included in the rent.
