We do have on-site parking with permit only and supply washers and dryers in each unit. This is a joint and several lease! In the event of default of one tenant, each and every remaining tenant shall be responsible for payment of the entire rent amount. 4-bedroom units will be $2380 a month, making it $595 per tenant. 2-bedroom units will be $1270, making it $635 per tenant. We require a full month's rent for security deposit and completed leases before you can move in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. After the 5th day of the month there will be a $50 late fee.
