The owners are State Department personnel posted abroad until June, 2028. Ideally, we are looking for a renter from October 1, 2026 through May, 2028, though we are open to shorter-term renters.
Quiet suburban neighborhood 1 mile North of downtown Kensington. 45 minute commute to downtown DC, 10 minutes from Grosvenor metro, 5 minutes from Wheaton metro. Great area for walking and biking. Big yard great for dogs.
The house is currently furnished but can be provided unfurnished. We would strongly prefer a renter through May 2028 and can negotiate terms for a full 20-month lease
Owner pays for internet. Renter is responsible for water, electric, and gas.
