It has capacity for use for DVDs and VHS tapes only. It will convey with it hanging on its own shelf but can be used and if broken it will not be replaced. 1 year lease. Quiet neighborhood, near shopping, downtown, historic areas, and parks. Close to laundry facilities, Fredericksburg bus within walking distance if needed, restaurants, gyms. No pets, no loud noises after 9pm or before 8am, no overnight guests, partying, drugs, or illegal activity. Tenant responsible to keep private entrance clear of debris, as well as stairs and walkway clean from snow, ice and leaves or any other debris for their safety and so there is no issues of flooding in the basement or basement apartment.
