Tenant should expect random walk through with no advanced notice by owner to see if home is being maintained -Disruptive and illegal behavior is prohibited.-One small dog allowed. Zero cats. Small caged animals including fish & small birds allowed. No more than 3 total pets in the house.-No smoking-No business allowing clients to enter home.-Should tenant or landlord chose to end lease early 30 days notice is required.
