We have lived in this place for 4 years and she's truly such a cheap gem for the area. Prime walkable to legit anything needed around you and some amazing coffee shops. Also close to metro and bus stops which is nice! You have a private bedroom/bathroom and parking spot. Nest thermostat and laundry in the building. Your roomie is a girl in her late 20's who's a cool laid back artist. She's been my roomie for 5 years now and my best friend. Im just getting my own space finally :) She has a little french bulldog named legen who is chill and minds his own business. Preferably looking for a girl / LGBTQ cool person in their 20's / 30's The lease is month to month but i need someone to apply and be accepted and put on so i can be removed since i'm moving. So great credit and income are needed to apply Also no deposit which is nice. So only need to just pay rent on the 1st :) Month to month lease. just need someone to apply and be accepted because I am moving out but lease remains month to month :)
