Well maintained. Has whole house attic fan which helps tremendously with AC on those hot summer days. Furnished living room, kitchen, masterbedroom. Other 2 bedrooms do not have furnishings. . Great starter house! All yard tools will be here also, if needed ; yard will need to be maintained by tenant. Also has doggie door in kitchen. Electric runs about 165.00 in summer with thermostat at 78. Individual fans help greatly! Winter; about 60.00. Water has never been more than 50.00. Has alarm system, but must have landline phone. Alarm company, (not landline) and trash paid by owner. Very safe neighborhood. Indoor smoking will raise the deposit another 500.00. I smoke and have smoked outside since I bought house. I am leasing this house as I am changing careers to OTR driving and would really never be home, and I would like to keep home at this point in time. This lease will be thru a private owner, not a agent or company. If tenant wants to care for pool (owner provides chemicals, tenant cleans and maintains pool) rent will decrease by 100.00 dollars/month. Must be willing to abide by HOA rules.
