Lovely architectural details like exposed brick walls, wood beams, intricate cabinetry. All new kitchen including refrigerator, electric smooth top stove, sink, microwave, pull down faucet and sink disposal. Small kitchen/living dining space with full size bedroom, full size bathroom with walk in shower and washer/dryer, and more than adequate closet-space for one person -- even with lots of clothes. Completely furnished with bed, sofa, television, kitchen equipment, linens, cleaning equipment, etc... You just move right in. Central heat and A/C. The sofa contains a twin sleeper bed for the occasional visitor. Television on antenna, but you can pay additional $50 for cable and wifi. I am an excellent landlord - very responsive to any issues. You must be a respectful tenant (the house on this property also has tenants so mutual respect is important). You will pay first month rent and $1,500 depost for at least six month lease (note I will consider short leases for additional montly fee). Small pets allowed for $500 non-refundable fee. Basic utilities free (water, electric, gas and wifi) but you pay $50 for cable (television comes with antenna) and high-speed wifi. You also pay $500 for small pets, and there is NO smoking at all. Street parking. Remember washer/dryer in unit!
