This cottage is in the Cassadaga Spiritualist camp. you do have to become a member of the camp for one year to buy a house here. the camp owns the land and we pay a land lease of $121 a year at this time, and a monthly maintenance fee of $40 per month, kind of like a lot rent at a trailer park. those prices depend on the approval of the board at the time you purchase. this house has been used for single family. For mediumship classes and séances, we have an excellent séance room and also for Silva Method Meditation Classes so there’s lots of good energy. the owner before me taught Reiki here which adds to the great energy. You can’t just walk into the camp and start doing business on the property you have to go through the protocols and the board of trustees would be the ones to talk to about that. Until then you can use it as a vacation home or a rental property until you get your certification. Zillow listed the rental opportunity for this home as $1100 a month.
