    The tenant must have a renters insurance policy for the interior duration of the lease. All dogs that are considered to be (viscus breeds) must be covered on this policy as well. Dog breeds and sizes are negotiable. The owner's will provide the pest control service to the residents per a contract with a local company. The service is provided every 90 days. There is a washer and dryer currently connected and is available to use without any additional charges. The house has central heating and air - electricity cools the house and gas heats the house and water heater. The house is equipped with Protection One security system. The owner's will pay half of the the monthly bill the first 6 months. It is Verizon Fios and Direct TV ready as well. There is a drive way along the side of the house and a workable sized shed in the back yard. The fire place cap and lining are new and have not been used. The blinds in the living room are temperature controlled and add extra insulation. There is a exterior door with a storm door attached on the side of the house that goes into the mud room. All out side lights are on switches and are censored in the backyard.
