PLUS an additional assigned off-street PARKING SPACE (that is not in front of the garage, so you can come and go like adults :) Which is HUGE if you are living 4 blocks to the ocean and 4 blocks to the bay!) and it also has a patio (for your exclusive use). It has been remodeled with travertine and marble and quartz, it has the modern look and convenience of wood flooring, a deep soaking whirlpool tub, a WALK-IN SHOWER, a WALK-IN CLOSET, 3 remote controlled ceiling fans (to make the air-conditioning even better!) many, many extras like a built-in entertainment unit that will house a very large screen TV, a rainwater shower head and a Waterpik massage shower head, dimmable, recessed lighting, plus much, much more!!
