This room is the Master bedroom that comes furnished and incredibly spacious with an attached bathroom featuring Two skins, a glass door shower with wonderful water pressure, and a garden tub. Located on the second floor It offers great natural lighting being able to overlook the front and back yard. Smooth and comfortable carpets, true to temperature with ceiling fan and overhead lighting. I currently have it set up as it's own "apartment" full with a sleek personal size fridge and sectional in the main room. The bed is set up in the massive closet that still boasts room for your wardrobe. We would be more than happy to accommodate the level of furnishing provided. Including the desired set up of the room at your request. Depending on your application we have a minimum lease term of 3 months. This will have a 6/12 month renewal option based on your first 3 months as a tenant. We are a drug & smoke free property. We are a community that all contributes to the goals and upkeep of the property. We have a fair system of shared choirs & responsibilities. Maintenance needs and requests are to submit the property manager. For all non-emergency maintenance it will be addressed by the Friday of that week. Unless following on a holiday and then will be rescheduled for after the holidays observance. We welcome pets on a case by case basis; non-aggressive breads of dogs not over 75 lbs. We also accept cats as well. Only one pet per tenant. We do not accept any other pet types or exotic animals on the property. You will be responsible for cleaning any pet droppings around the property.
