Great townhouse with wonderful spacious layout and tons of closet space. Second floor is a hugh master bedroom with full bath and laundry area. Third floor consists of two spacous rooms, a second full bath and storage closets. New hot water installed Jun 08 all piping from hot water heater has been converted to cooper. New Double pane windows installed Feb 2010. Neighborhood Description The neighboor is quiet and everyone is very friendly. You have two reserved spots for parking per unit, one is numbered the other is any non-numbered spot on the lot. Parking is plentiful so you will always have a spot. Our building is right by the visitors lots so it makes it that much nicer when company comes over they will not have to walk across the neighborhood. Lawn maintenance is included in the HOA dues along with water and trash fees. There is a pool on the property and you will get two passes, each pass entitiles you to bring 3 visitors (total of 6 visitors when you use both passes). The property management company is local, the have a building here in Manassas and one in Chantilly if you needed anything and they are very accessable via email. The board members all live on site in the community.
