**Edit** This is Private Property I am getting reports of people randomly walking on the property and around the house from my renters next door, if you do this you are trespassing, my renter's next door and across the street have been instructed to call the police on anybody that is on the property and you will be charged with trespassing, be sure to smile for the cameras This rental home is located in a quiet and desirable neighborhood in Sandusky . It is completely remodeled and upgraded. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The main floor consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The second floor is one large bedroom. The basement is completely dry and remodeled, 2/3 of it is a tiled family/game room with a built-in desk/table, the other side of the basement is completely painted and consists of a laundry room and a work room. The backyard is very large and completely fenced in. It is completely surrounded by trees which I have planted so that when you are sitting out back you are not staring at everyone else's house. There is a concrete patio outside the back door. The home has a double wide driveway. Home has gas heat and central air, stove is gas or electric, dryer is electric only. APPLIANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED, renters must Supply their own appliances, again no stove, no refrigerator, no washer, no dryer, are included with the rental. RENTERS are responsible for ALL utilities. Please make sure you meet the qualifications for the home before applying or paying the application fee. NO Vouchers. NO Metro. There are no pre application tours. You must fill out the Zillow application completely on Zillow, if everyone on the application meets all of the qualifications listed we will contact you for a showing and to fill out Our rental application. Lease is for 1 year. Smoking or vaping of any sort, of anything, inside of the home is strictly forbidden and cause for Immediate least termination, and a cleaning and repainting fee will be charged. Renters pay all utilities. Renters are responsible for all yard upkeep and Lawn mowing. Medium and small size dogs will be considered and if approved will require a $500 pet deposit. No Cats. No Aquariums. Every adult who will be living in the home must be listed on the Zillow application for approval. All renters must be listed on the lease, no one other than those listed on the lease and approved through Zillow shall reside in the home. We go out of our way to provide a well maintained up kept home and count on you to help us achieve that. We want to be proactive with any issues to keep the house in top shape. Mid lease we do an inspection to ensure the Mechanicals of the home are functioning as they should as well to help achieve this. Finally we take the one year lease very seriously and if a lease is violated and you are vacated from the home we will pursue the balance owed on the duration of the lease. NO Vouchers. NO Metro.
