The living room is pretty big, with wood floors. The master BR has a walk-in closet, 2nd BR medium-small size, 3rd BR is small, but still has a window and closet, of course. Central heat, window A/C. You get one bathroom with the free washer and dryer close by it. The kitchen is good-size, with all appliances, including dishwasher. Both with easy-clean tile/vinyl. All rooms have mini-blinds, ceiling fans with the BRs having cozy carpet. Tenant pays all utilities that are completely separated from lower apartment. A pet like a cat or 2, maybe o.k. with $25/mo. pet rent. No dogs or "not-a-pet" allowed. No dogs. This is a non-smoking dwelling, so must smoke outside. Tenant pays all utilities. Lease starts August 1, 2026 and not before that date. Lease ends a full 12 months, on July 31, 2027 and is re-newable if desired.
