Dogs and pets OK on owner's approval. $200 onetime non-refundable pet fee due first month of pet's residence. $15/Month per pet thereafter. First month's security deposit is $1,400. No smoking or illegal substances allowed on premise. Not for retail or commercial use. Due at signing: 1st month's rent, security deposit, pet deposit. Tenant is responsible for yardwork and must keep property mowed, clean, and free from debri. Tenant responsible for utilities including water, electrical, gas, garbage and recycling. Tenant is responsible for wi-fi. Notice of new pets or new roommates added to the lease must be given to the owner two weeks in advance. All tenants must have their names printed and signed on the lease. All pets must be approved by owner and must be printed on lease. Owner will be responsible for generic maintenance requests.
