there is an attic style house. there are five rooms in total, three in first floor and two in second floor. you will take second floor one! the bathrooms are in each floor, so you will share one with the other roommate. you will get your own heater and AC in the room. all the furnitures in the photos are included. there is a big kitchen in first floor, but you will have your own refrigerator in your room, and there is extra microwave in second floor. laundry is in basement, and it is free. the deposit is 750, but if you move in during July, I can cover 100 of 750, so you just pay 650 :)
