Zillow is asking for a showing schedule, so I checked Mon AM and Sat PM , but other days and times might be possible. No smoking. No pets. Renter pays for water, utilities, trash service and any cable/internet. Tenant must carry Renter's Insurance. Owner pays sewer fee. Renter must have good credit, and satisfactorily pass background and reference checks.
