    This bright and sunny home is located in what is called the "Del Monte Park" area of Pacific Grove near the Country Club Shopping Center, off of David Avenue on the Monterey Peninsula. It has been partially remodeled. We still have some things we are having done so listing it here early. The home has beamed vaulted ceilings throughout. The backyard is fully fenced. You enter through the gate between the garage and home. It has a brand new kitchen: cabinets, countertops, sink, range, microwave, dish washer, lighting, vinyl plank type flooring, paint and window. New carpeting in living room, hall and bedrooms. New vinyl plank flooring in bathroom. New stacked washer and dryer. New roof. New combination smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. We are having a new vanity and light fixture installed in the bathroom, so it will appear different from the photos. The exterior is going to be repainted as well as 3 windows being replaced and driveway repaired and resealed. We will be having the yard cleaned up. No one has lived in it since the remodeling was finished. Part of the lot is sloped as you can see from one of the photos. In the photos you might notice something shiny on the carpeting... the contractor laid plastic sheeting on the carpeting to protect the new carpeting while his crew and sub-contractors were working. We decided to leave it on for now. It is 2 short blocks from the Monterey Bay Charter School and 2 1/2 blocks from the Forest Grove Elementary School, both in Pacific Grove. We do not plan to announce a "Renter's Open House Day" type of viewing due to Covid-19 concerns. It is currently unoccupied so you can go through the front gate, peek in the living room window to see what you can see to get a feeling for the house and neighborhood and then email us about seeing the interior. Zillow is asking for a showing schedule, so I checked Mon AM and Sat PM , but other days and times might be possible. No smoking. No pets. Renter pays for water, utilities, trash service and any cable/internet. Tenant must carry Renter's Insurance. Owner pays sewer fee. Renter must have good credit, and satisfactorily pass background and reference checks.
