Feel free to walk around the outside and peek in the windows. If you are ready to rent it now, have good credit, and you have cash to move in, give us a call and we will pay to do a credit check. We require the first month's rent and a damage deposit of $500. We also collect a last months rent which is paid in advance or after you move in depending on your credit. If you are curious about pets, dogs cost $50 extra per month and cats cost $100 extra per month. Finally, after you have seen the house, call us! If it's the right place for you, we will do a credit check at our expense. Our two big requirements are decent credit and steady employment, if one of these happens to be an issue, please find a co-signer for the term of the lease. Our leases are 6 months in length and at the end of the 6 months we do a month to month rental.
