Would prefer to rent to 1 person or a couple. Landlord will pay for all utilities/wifi. Owner pays for waste, water, & wifi. No smoking, no pets, parking is on the street. Tenant will have their own laundry units but access to them will just be 1 day per week. Last month's rent is due on signing. Quiet hours are between 9:30 PM & 7:30 AM. No access to backyard but there is a park very close by.
