Private room with 2 nice windows and one view to the sunset, the room have coil for winter and A/ac windows unit for the spring, fresh paint , easy to parking at street, we have patio with fire place, griller. Laundry and dryer in the basement. Room only for 1 people, not kids, not pet's, no smoker. 1. No smoking is allowed inside the house. 2. Visitors are welcome during the day, but overnight stays are not permitted without prior approval. If someone needs to stay overnight, please let me know in advance so we can agree on the number of nights. 3. Please respect quiet hours and avoid making excessive noise. 4. Please keep all common areas clean and tidy out of respect for everyone
