Lease is $2050.00 plus $81 for DirectTV cable package and the Internet. This does not include city trash fee's and water. Non furnished As an incentive to take over my lease...No deposit is needed AND I will let you keep my original $600 deposit that the leasing office has on file when you finally move out. 10 months left on the lease which is up November 13th of 2017. You will have to apply for a credit check ($45 fee) with the leasing office and the leasing office will be handling the transaction for both of us. Loft includes 14 ft high vaulted ceilings, on site maintenance, balcony, in unit laundry unit washer / dryer, awesome gym, pool, BBQ and upscale lounge area, indoor lobby area and gated garage parking. Loft is located at The Lofts at NoHo Commons complex in the trendy area of the NOHO Arts District across the street from The Federal Bar and 24 Hour Fitness. Walk to all the restaurants, bars and coffee houses including an awesome movie theatre 3 minute walk around the corner. Metro station is also across the street. I have the Mayan Floor Plan at the Lofts of NOHO commons. If you have a pet...the leasing office charges an additional deposit that would be additional to the lease takeover. ( It's up to you if you want to tell the leasing office that you have a pet.) Pictures shown are the actual loft unit as empty and as how i have it decorated currently. It comes non furnished.
