Owner managed, so you'll be working with me not an impersonal management company. I'm planning to remodel the kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, sink, flooring, and add a dishwasher. My contractor is out for surgery but hopefully will be able to complete by move-in or shortly thereafter. Work will take about 1 week. Some of the things I love about it: -beautifully landscaped gardens (with grill and seating area) -5 large closets for storage (seriously there's so much space!) -office alcove with a stained glass window -wallpaper!! (entryway and dining nook) -gorgeous afternoon light from the southwest-facing vintage diamond pane windows -large kitchen window planter for herbs -vintage faux fireplace -quiet tree-lined neighborhood street I'm hoping to leave it partially furnished with things that fit the space (dining table, hallway credenza) so I don't have to put them in storage and I'm open to renting fully furnished as well. 1 year lease. No pets. W/S/G included + free radiator heat. Electricity and wifi is tenant's responsibility. I can be somewhat flexible on move-in date. Costs: $1,800/month $1,800 (one month) refundable deposit $250 one-time move-in/move-out fee assessed by the HOA
