This is a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom/2 car garage home. the whole house is completely tiled and could permit small pets but no animals that have restrictions from insurance company. the garage has opener and the laundry area is in the garage. it has microwave, smooth top stove , dishwasher and refrigerator. the bedrooms are split plan with master room on one side of the house and other bedroom on the other side.Just replaced the central ac unit (new) last year. It is under a septic system and it is less expensive than sewer system. it is a high lot and is not in a flood zone area. It has a detached shed but is not included for I keep some things for my rental but if the new tenant has interest I will include for an additional $50 per month. My present tenant will be out on the 5th of the month and can show after this date. Emails only if tenant complies during year I will extend for additional year
