Out back, a large deck with translucent awning adds over 200 square feet of protected outdoor space for multi-season enjoyment. Beyond the deck is a fully enclosed beautiful private garden area exclusive to the cottage. Although a stand-alone detached dwelling, the cottage is part of a 3-dwelling compound across two full lots. The cottage utility cost, including electric, water, trash pickup & internet averaged $210/month in 2024. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Preference is given for pet free applicants but exceptions are possible with an additional monthly pet fee. Excellent credit, solid financial capability and a clean background are required. However if the tenant prefers a long-term lease, this is possible after a few months of successful tenancy. The current rental rate is guaranteed for at least one year. Move in costs will be first, last and security deposit for a total of $6,900 (if tenancy begins after the 1st, 1st month will be prorated). The application, credit and background checks will be done through Zillow and will be paid for by the applicant.
