I am looking for someone responsible and neat. The apartment is 15 minutes distance from the campus by walk. The whole unit is "FULLY FURNISHED" and carpet floor. The rent is included utility fees(gas, electricity, water, Internet). Laundry is conveniently available in the building basement. 3 month.
