Renter is responsible for the following: 1. lawncare maintenance (mowing/edging/weeding) with landlord provided mower/edger/blower and watering schedule with sprinkler system 2. adhering to all HOA rules/regulations. 3. monthly changing of A/C air filters. 4. basic household maintenance to be covered by renter (ex. screw falls out of the doorknob) All lease terms will be covered in lease agreement to be agreed upon with both parties.
